The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

That is about the right amount. Are you consistently hitting your goals or do you miss them?

For exercise, you could try arms and torso-only stationary rowing. That is a brutal exercise in itself, and should be able to give you a nice cardio workout.

I've recently fell off the wagon - climbing back on now.

Thanks for the support and encouragement - really appreciated.

109.4 for me. I've figured out how my body loses weight. For example, I would drop a massive 1kg over two days or so, and then I'll hover on or just above that point for a week or so... at this point my body seems to stabilize itself, and then just it thinks to get stuck, it gives another big drop, and then repeats the hovering process for another week or so. rinse repeat. If that's how it wants to roll, I'm happy with that...

So I'm currently in the 109-stabilization phase, which means it has accepted the drop :) normally if I drop big, and just back the next day, it is as if the body is saying "nope, not quite ready yet... hang on" :D

@fanniedry, managed to get to 131kg before supper.

ok, you can stop now... you are catching me! :D well done dude.

99.4 Post weekend. Happy with that.

mooi. onward and downward we go!

This weekend didn't go so well. Had a couple of beers and ate too much. Scared to get on the scale :P

Forgot to do my 3 month weigh in.

January 11th - 87kg
February 11th - 82.5kg
March 11th - 80.3kg
April 11th - 77.8kg

Well done!!! What method of weightloss are you doing?
Thanks!

It's quite a simple routine I follow.

Food:
1 bowl of muesli for breakfast
6 provitas for lunch
1 piece of meat (skinless chicken breast, steak, fish) with broccoli, asparagus and fried mushrooms for supper

In between this, all I drink is water. I'll have 2 cups of coffee with whatever milk but no sugar, and then just lots of water throughout the day

Workout:
3 x 15 squats
3 x 15 pushups
3 x 15 situps

90.4kg f0k. although I moved the scale to where I usually weigh and it was 89.2kg. im thinking the tiles might be a bit uneven.
