For a while I lost track of my eating habits, but a couple weeks ago I got back on track, and am now hovering around 74 and 75, which is, I think, about correct for me. 73 was possibly aiming a bit low.

Still 78kg from 90kg, but that's because I need a replacement for kfc hot wings and Mayonnaise I love the way I feel though. Hitting the gym hard lately
 
Eh. I guess I'll sign up on this thread.

As of yesterday, my weight is 87.6 kg. My goal is around 77 kg. (When I started eating healthier in Dec 2014 I weighed a whopping 113 kg, for reference.)

Method I am using: Rowing (both on water and on the ergo). No refined sugars, minimal carbs.

Yesterday I started my steady state workout plan on the erg in preparation for Long Row on the Vaal River in June. (It is a regatta on the Vaal River that involves a single 29 kilometre row in the middle of Winter.)
 
No change in weight... Doctor has given me permission to start cycling.

A bit of an upward trend. Did less running and a bit more strength and balancing exercises. Now sitting 89,5kg. :(
 
With all these public holidays and working away from home the last couple of weeks I went from 108 to 118kg's... Bloody KFC KitKat Crushers. Back to eating healthy this week again and currently at 114kg
