The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Weigh in: 89.5KG (Down from 115KG in Dec). Lowest I've been in many years!

4.5KG to go :D

Had a rough two weeks for a multitude of reasons, which included getting the flu which kept me from exercising for over a week. And.... I ate a lot of sweet things for a few days in a row.

But, I'm back on the healthy living lifestyle again. Not sure of weight change whether up or down.

Nicely done.

I'm back on track, and will hopefully hit a new low this coming Friday.

108.3 today

Good man!

I'm hovering at 106 now, up from 104. But in my defense I spent a week in Belgium with all their chocolates, beer, beef steaks and waffles. It's a miracle I "only" gained 2kgs.

Went to edgars and bought a 44 shirt... my 4XL apparently "looks kark" to my colleagues. :D
feels good but clothes are expensive :D

I had to make an extra hole in my belts and my jeans are falling off my ass. Am able to get into pants that I packed away previously because I could no longer squeeze into them. I think I got rid of a lot of clothes a year ago because I thought I would never fit into them again.

I kept a lot of clothes, and are packing away the bigger ones now.

I still keep my belt and keep making new holes, kinda a reminder to myself how well i'm doing... it's now all the way round almost to my left hip :D

When you noticed that you were losing weight, did you first notice it in terms of circumference around your waist or actual mass? I noticed it via the former. I didn't really see my booze hump shrink, but my waist went from a 44 to a 38 in the space of 6 months, though I did notice my neck shrank and so did my legs. I'm still battling with the booze hump, to get it to disappear completely. My torso know looks like I'm a rugby player on a bulking diet.

Yeh, first thing i noticed was centimeters around the waste, pants starting to get too big. Old shirts becoming wearable again. When people started noticing, i went to look for some old pictures, bliksem, what a difference....

97.7 kg this morning, which is the same as Friday, so I made my target.

Now to see 96.x on the scale

You definitley feel the gross physical changes first. Even during plateaus, you can normally notice body comp changes.
