I am planning to do a little dashboard version of the excel list... will include it in there, thanks for the idea. Something that I'll publish once a week to track weekly losses or something similar.

144.6kg. I seem to have picked up a bit, but my leg is getting better and the atrophied muscle is regrowing.

You have percentage of goal lost. I'm looking for percentage of starting weight lost.

Would be better to compare that against each other...

Ah I see, so if your starting weight was 100kg, and your current weight is 90%, you want to see 10% or 90% ? In other words, do you wants to say "I'm 75% the man I used to be" :)

e.g.
Stating weight = 100kg
Current weight = 90kg
Total weight loss = 10kg
Percentage of starting weight loss = 10%

I just want to see how well I did against others here :D comparing percentage of starting weight lost would be a better gauge IMO.
