Had to clean the cupboard recently.

Old trousers - made smaller once from my worst add another 5-10cm.

Old sleeping shorts, from my worst, can now fit into one leg :p

And note the mybb shirt, is a xxxl, getting baggy, need to use my xxl version now :D

I've climb on the scale for the first time since the beginning of the month.... because of the state of house during renovations

only gained about 1kg... should be very easy to shake it off...

i think monday will be the start of good things again :)
 
79.8 kg after hitting a low of 79.4 kg on 9 June. Moving in the wrong direction. Still plenty of fat around the belly.

We had a baby recently and it made life a bit more complicated... will have to start eating better and workout more. I've been stuffing myself on weekends lately.

81.6 kg

Going full steam on this burst. I have migrated most of the snackable things (like cheese) in my fridge to my freezer. Out of sight= out of mind.

I need to do the same... see feeding myself too much... doesn't help I don't eat throughout the day, but then stuff my face as soon as I get home... and then dinner later.

I don't usually eat until supper, which is a big meal. Then maybe a small dessert after. Coffee in the morning though
