The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Stuck on 78.5kg for the last month :( Smaller waist, slightly more bulk, so I suppose not a bad thing. Hitting the gym harder than usual, so attributing the plateau to that.

He He

Started this week's intermittent fasting WITHOUT BPC in the morning...
eish, body still getting used to this "no food in the morning"-schpiel

Clocked in at 82.3 kg.

Not bad given I had a camping weekend filled with sugar and bread.
This type of thing always spurs me to be extra viglilant. Going to be more careful with portion sizes at supper.

I haven't been part of this since the beginning, but I recently decided to drop some weight.

I basically started 1 June.

Here are the important bits:

Start date: 1 June 2016
Starting weight: 105 kg
Goal: Not specific, but maybe around 90kg.

Current date: 14 July 2016
Current weight: 97 kg
Loss, in kg: 8 kg
Loss, %: ~7%

Edit:
Method: Cut fats and sugar and started eating less. No more beer or soft drinks. No chips or sweets. No sugar in coffee. You get the idea.
