im also struggling with being full past normal eating times. so my mind is like, 'dude you need to eat'. body is like, 'nope im full'. then i eat and feel ***. mental vs physical. crazy.

yeh, i know what you mean... it's very much a mental exercise to realise you aren't actually hungry....
 
Yeh I've overeaten a lot and been naughty with absolute monsters and the like.... so can only blame myself for being stuck.

I have, however, implemented a daily run, which is something new and I will be sticking to that along with eating well going forward.

i think once it gets a little warmer, i want to try to add some early morning exercise.... i'm hoping it will help with some of my dicipline issues

incorporate the pool when its warmer. i run like a mad oke around the pool. mine is about the same size like yours.
 
Been slacking in terms of exercise. hovering around 79kg since July

Time to get back on the horse.

Summer is coming!
 
Nice idea this thread. For some reason I have missed it till now.

Anyways, sitting at about 102/103. Want to get down to 85Kg in the first round. Perhaps more later but I always felt good at that weight.

Way to get there? The only way for me will be mixing in some exercise and more than that getting control of my carb eating. I am very addicted to carbs and I generally eat till I'm full, not till when I should have stopped.
 
So I am finally back in SA.

Living out of a suitcase in hotels for almost 3 weeks my diet went to pot. Starting today to do the right thing again.
