94.1kg on Saturday. But I suspect I'm back to my normal weight. Water loss is a funny thing

I am done with intermittent fasting, it is too difficult for me to stick to. Back to kilojoule control for me.
 
Hey Guys. Thought I'd join in here although I'm not on a weight loss journey.

I'm cutting out sugar(Added sugars, not natural sugars) for 30 days. I'm basically avoiding any foods with added sugars as well as refined carbs. A couple of months back I was weighing in at 80kg. The heaviest I have ever been, but this was done on purpose as I was trying to gain weight. Now that I realized you don't have to get bulky in order to gain muscle, I've moved onto more of a lean gains approach. I've been eating the correct amount of calories for my BMR and I dropped down to a healthy 75/76 kg's.

I'm at day 4 of the no sugar challenge and my weight has dropped to 73kg. I'm feeling great though. It's starting to look like sugar really is the devil here.
 
Fell off the wagon... started eating way too much takeouts and drinking too much beer..
Put on a bit of weight (up to 93kg now)

So now I'm restarting my weight loss journey.. and hoping I can stick to it this time :/

well done. when i started last year i was wearing a 46 pant. i should now buy new pants... currently wearing 40s but look like baggy pants, people keep telling me to buy new clothes. I'll probably fit into a 36 atm.
 
Shew, it's true what they say about the bigger you are the more you lose. For me comparing this year to last:

19 March 2015 - 31 December 2015 = 187kg-144Kg = 43kg / 9 months = ~ 4.7Kgs/month
Year to date = 144kgs - 115kgs = 29kg / 9 months = ~ 3.2kgs / month

Played 9 holes of golf this morning while fasting, will continue fasting till tonight. Should be good for weight loss.

Hey faniedry, Well Done bru! Have you been sticking to strict banting to achieve this? What is your normal routine during the week.. do you allow yourself a cheat day? Have you cut out dairy as well?
