The 2016 Way Less Objectivity thread

Not gonna weigh today - I basically ate a whole bread last night. Have had this insane craving for jaffles for like 2 months, and last night was the night. :o

bread is a bastid.... the weight gain only hits you day 2 or 3, and takes about a week at least to get rid of in my experience.... evil sucking mother!
 
I'm currently on 131 Kg, I realistically have 2 - 3 weeks left for working on my weight before going on holliday. Tomorrow I'm starting with another round of my 28 day plan,
even though the 28 days will be cut short at some point and even though there will be some cheating with all the year end functions etc, my goal is to end 2016 weighing less than 130 Kg.

You can do it, last year I managed to lose 4kgs over Dec\Jan holidays, hoping to repeat.
 
Oh just a follow up on this... I started out the new eating plan last week at 87kg. I need to go in and check up but I can see a visible difference in me and my wife. My goal is 75kg. I think 10 years ago I was like 70 but I was so skinny then I don't want to be like that again.

We are going to be closing this year off from a tracking point of view. But remember to check in at the start. Read a bit back, we'll be doing it a little different in a hope to keep people participating and making the stats look better

By when? I'll get my stats in at the finish of the eating plan, before year end.
 
Been slow going but currently at 88.5kg.. heading to Cape Town today for a 18 day holiday.. hope I can keep the weight off
 
Used a scale here in Cape Town and apparently I now weigh 83kg. So all along I wasn't overweight.. I just had the wrong bathroom scale ;)
