Well done! I used to be a serious night owl until July last year then I watch a few videos on youtube about getting up early, from getting up around 630->4:45 I am now where I want to be. I have a head start against the world so its worth it!
Today was my sleep in day, just didn't have the pluk tog het up and go out to gym. Although I did still wake up early, I made a cuppa and sat in bed and read my book. A different type of rewarding feeling.
