Lol, them vids
I'm ending week 9 tomorrow, I am part of it, just not very public with it
IF 18/6 with OMAD twice a week
1500 cals max a day with Sundays 2500 cals
6 days a week cardio and weights (just an hour to 90 mins)
Already lots of weight gone and really enjoying my newfound fitness and have more than once had a read here to keep the inspiration up
Its a pleasure man!I've come to realise.. I'm lacking on the excercise part. I'm reasonably good on the diet part (self control is fairly strong).... but work/family/studies all get in the way of the exercise. It used to be 4-5 times per week in the good ol' days... last 2 weeks have been 1 or 2 times a week.
No more.
Gonna plan the crap outta my days. Everything's gonna have it's slot and if I miss it i'll need to make it up in an off period. I might just do the morning thing... thanks @Snyper564
Haha glad to see you part of the "crew". Pls pop in here makes things a little easier with regards to motivation!

I was running with my dogs a few years ago (playing with a ball or something) and I needed to jump over the flagstone path. One and a half meters wide, grass on either side.
I planted my foot and jumped but nothing happened. I knew exactly how hard I needed to jump to make it but my muscles just couldn't comply. All I could do was tuck and roll.
Scary experience.
The fasting gets easier, well done on the 16 hour
Love reading this thread now and then, lots of inspiration and peeps doing well
StatsNot the best bit of excersice I did but I guess you start some where. View attachment 626230

Do more weights then cardioInteresting. I'm guessing initial improvements when you start training can be pretty quick.
I'm a lot more sore this morning than I was after sessions earlier this week. So I guess I have to work harder to get my pulse up to the target... Certainly felt like it as well...
stopped with my personal trainer so I'm trying to do balance. My primary goal is to get cardio fit, not to build strength really except in abs and quads.Do more weights then cardiostopped with my personal trainer so I'm trying to do balance.
Me tooStill constantly amazed at your stamina with skipping. I doubt I'd make even 2 minutes!
Everythign helps! Just some more than others.Off topic again cycling helps or is it a waste of time?
