I can see my abs trying to poke through! :D That's huge for me, lol ....... it's going really well, Friday I met my "there's no way you're gonna last that long" target and I have no inclination to change back to my old ways because I'm now enjoying myself. Everyone still reading this thread and not starting - start, you won't regret it.

I was aiming to get a 6kg kettlebell, but the only one available in lower weights was an 8kg....

YAY!!! 8 FRIKKIN KAYGEES MOTHERFUNKERS!!!!

Well done. Quite proud of you actually :)

+1 on what @abudabi and @Scary_Turtle were saying on lowish reps especially while the weight is challenging. Take it steady and you'll adjust to it pretty quickly.

Nice activity today everyone. Just missing a kettlebell workout person :whistling:;)

Got to the gym earlier and realized I was wearing my HRM but had left my phone at home. *doh*
/abudabi thinks about the ticker-X

Anyway.. still completed my supercircuit with weights in the 60-70 range and ended off with a 5 min 20/10 fitness bike session.

Sjoh I feel drained but now I'm hitting the books for a few hours after the kids have gone to bed. No rest for the weary!

And tomorrow is gridgames time again... can't wait.
