Felt good to be back even though I took it relatively easy tonight.

Meds are finished and cough is completely gone. Just slight snotty nose that remains but I think it could just be sinuses.

Felt like I wanted to keep going and do more. But chores and kids were calling me.

Normal service to continue from tomorrow.

Damn. Suffered tonight.

Didn't think a forced week off would make such a big difference. I was almost crawling up the street for my final sprint tonight. But I did them all.

As much as I suffered during.. I'm feeling great now as I sit outside cooling down and enjoying a bottle of water.

Impromptu jog in the car park followed by some mobility exercises.

Also completed Day 7 of 200 push-ups for each day in August and an experience hour for my personal trainer course shadowing my mentor with a client :)

Woke up hungover. Got inspired by a 70+ year old with Parkinson’s doing pull-ups and flying drones on YouTube.

30 minutes of jump rope (unlogged) and got a bit further with the round pen (had help).

Sorry no update yesterday. Did a very rushed core session before heading to the hospital for visiting hours. Didn't even bother to track.

Spent morning at work and most afternoon at hospital again. Wasn't feeling up to exercise at all and then I saw @dabean post about old fart getting out there.

So I got my arse in gear and headed to the garage. Thanks.

Killer session after I got through those first two sets of squats.

Day 11, 200 push-ups done

Also completed the design and teach module for my personal trainer skills course. Pleased with this as I'm half way through the theoretical part of the course. :)
