Can't wait for ebucks to deliver my new Garmin.

HR definitely bonkers on this one. No way readings were this low with squats, deadlifts and barbell lunges nailed tonight.

I weighed +-89kg before

back in the saddle but suff-er-ing. let the reigns slip a bit. working my way back.

what solutions do you guys use during busy periods. do you schedule sessions in your calendar? i will have to find a solution to workouts and busy periods.

Hopefully going to get back on the exercise horse if me health approves of it.

Welcome back. Glad you want to get back into exercise but please be careful and wait until you are fit to do so.

Sounds like you have had a stressful time the last few months. Keeping your eating right and walking a lot will go a long way if that's the case.

Of course, if you are in good enough health and ready to crack on, then go for it.
