Are there any nice Android Apps to help me start with home excercises and gym?

I have the free Darebee Workouts App on my tablet which contains hundreds of Workouts and they also have an Exercise Video Library.

I have this HIIT Timer which I have used to program in quite a few different HIIT workouts (mainly from Darebee!)

You sound like you want an app that actually leads you through the workout and there are a whole host of these but unfortunately I can't recommend one. Runtastic and Freeletics seem to come up on my FB advertising quite a lot so maybe look at those also.

Also did park run today. Was aiming to try for sub 25 as I did a 25min 43sec 2 weeks ago and 25min 29sec last week but sadly although I felt good and felt I had a decent pace I came in at 26min 59 secs
I can't believe it was a whole 1 min 30 secs longer say it felt good throughout. Oh well still very satisfied.Screenshot_2019-01-26-17-14-16-853_com.sec.android.app.shealth.jpeg

What I mean is I need an app that shows me what exercises to do and how to do them.... A guideline

I've been using JeFit for ages. In my case mostly for tracking workout volume.

Can create your own workout or select from thousands of other saved workouts.

Each exercise also has a little GIF and description showing how to do it.

Feeling so much better after all the meds and weekend rest but still following doctor's orders of no lifting until antibiotics course is finished (popped last one this morning).

But still felt like at least doing something. So took the kids and dog for a leisurely stroll around the block.

Tomorrow night I'll ease back into normal routine.
