Warm up Jog and a few minutes with my Indian Clubs for the arms and wrists, 3 sets Chinups, Bodyweight Squats, Close grip Pushups, Birddogs, hanging leg/knee raises and half bridges. 10 x50m (ish) sprints for cardio then planks and cool down/stretch.

Edit: got a couple of wall handstands in as well. Almost forgot them :)

Man you killing it, not sure how you are training in your 45mins but I recently changed to this https://www.wholelifechallenge.com/a-simple-but-not-easy-20-minute-weight-loss-workout/. I'm was on an average 40 min bike session doing 18km after changing to this way of cardio I'm doing anywhere between 20-22km.

if you wanna shake things up maybe give it a try
Thanks will have a look at that. I am essentially using gym to supplement my running. so my only focus is cardio. I currently do 15 minutes on the rowing machine (do about 3.5km), 15 minutes on the stepper and 15 minutes cycling or treadmill.

Don't really care about bulking up at all. Already dropped from 103KG in Jan to 97KG now. The rowing had the unforeseen impact of increasing my shoulder size and needed to replace all my work shirts! O well rather fit and healthy!

Hey all! Glad to see everyone's progress and energy, always a motivator :) I'm slowly getting back into it since Monday (7000 odd steps, 5 min core KB using 2kg, 5 min back & shoulders 8kg), Tuesday and yesterday hit step goal (10000+) and did 5 minutes KB with 8kg weight, split between upper body and full body exercises the two days. It's damn difficult, but managing. Aiming to keep hitting step goal reminder of this week, and do min 5 min 8kg KB. Next week, depending on how I feel, I'm looking to get started on a jump rope 30 day routine to get somewhere near @dabean crazy level eventually :P

This is a tough week for me, personal stuff I'm adjusting to home side, and a whack of assignments I need to finish and submit before end of next week, so forgive me if I'm silent, will check in when I can.

Calisthenics and animal movement workout today with some colleagues - 10x negative pull ups, split squats, pushups, half-bridges, knee/leg raises x 4 sets, 10 ape hops or bear crawls between exercises then 10 sprints and cooldown to finish.

I wish I could remember exactly when I started skipping.

I know I started doing 20 each of the 6 basic punches ( 1=jab, 2=straight etc) in January and started doing 3 minute rounds on the bag when I’d worked that up to 100 each.

I basically just boxed right through the winter.

Checking my google history puts it around September 2018 that I learned how to properly coil a rope. Yeah that's possible (it feels like forever ago though).

I only really started focussing mainly on skipping when my hands started to ache (despite always wrapping them properly and wearing 16oz gloves). Like they were splitting apart between the fingers. I really need my hands so I scaled way back on the punching.

Of course it helps that it's a lot of fun.
