Hi All. Quick question for those who do IF and extended IF. Have you ever experienced stomach cramps? If so the way forward? Do you just ride the wave or should you rather eat?

No ill effects for me.

Well, I can say for sure, this LCHF diet is doing me good now. Thinner, feeling better etc. Don't think I would've started with this, if I haven't stumbled on this here thread. Thanks guys.
Just walked past our warehouse at work, earlier , jumped on the scale and...........well, let's just say I'm ecstatic. Can't wait for the next weigh-in.

Great work... enjoy the feeling and stick to your guns. Remember this moment when the loss slows down (as it tends to do).

Anyone use any of the health apps on their phones while trying to lose weight?

I'm trying to use Samsung Health but it keeps telling me I need to eat more.

I use several apps that each do different things. Took a while to get efficient at using different apps but now its second nature.

Fatsecret - trackiing food intake
Endomondo - tracking soccer workouts (use it as it is a native app on my smartwatch)
Strava - track jogging cycling
Samsung health - track automatically (sleep, steps, HR etc)

I do 72 hour fasts, get hunger craps usually around the 65 hour mark, but nothing to the point of being uncomfortable. Try adding apple cider vinegar to your daily routine help me alot.
