The 2019 Weight Loss Thread

Isn't that only in the pre-cooked and sliced, ready to eat stuff that you buy?
I don't think (not know) raw or home cooked beetroot is that bad.

A 100g serving of raw beets provides:
36 kcals 1.7g protein 0.1g fat 7.6g carbs 2.5g fibre
7.6g of carbs is nearly half my daily allowance and the GI is in the 60s.

Low carb plus IF seams to be working for me so I will be going flat out at it this year.
 
What's the "progress to reach goal" column? I see people who are at their starting weight who have a number there?
