The 2019 Weight Loss Thread

Argh. The low carb constipation has arrived. No sht for 2 days so far...
Doesn't bode well for weigh in
I've never had an issue personally. Do you drink enough fluids?

I have at least 3 to 4 litres of water a day, besides several cups of coffee and have no problems first thing AM and after work PM

Try incorporating beetroot into your plan. High in fiber and should therefore help the constipation.
No. Beetroot is chock full of sugar. Also afterwards you can't tell if you're bleeding to death out the arse.

Yikes
Try Chia seeds. Not only will it help with constipation, it will help keep you full.

No need to do that stuff to feel full. I'm never hungry when I low carb. Sometimes even forget to have lunch.

Posting from the toilet btw, with a measure of success :D

Lol
I'm always amazed when anyone says that they often forget to eat. I spend a lot of my day thinking about what I want to break my fast with :X3:

When I'm not low carbing I'm like that

I noted a few people mention drinking around 4 to 6 litres of water. I drink between 2.5 to 3 litres. Is there a formula or guidance as to how much water a person should drink? Is there something like too much water?

Don't eat meat so it's difficult to low carb. I tried the egg fast diet once and by the end of day one I never wanted to eat another egg. When I started intermittent fasting in March last year I decided to do it eating the foods that I enjoy, so for one hour everyday I'd eat whatever the heck I wanted. Fortunately the weight still fell off :)

My 4L+ is 100% drink to thirst

Too much water means too many toilet breaks. I keep one of those 2.25l water bottles on my desk at work and make sure to at least finish it during the day. On days that I train before work I will have already drank at least a liter of water.

Only saw this thread now after already posting in the work out thread.
