What are your current calories?I know it’s not an official but checked my weight this morning. Only 200 grams down.
I think progress starting to stagnate. Doing intermittent fasting but don’t think I’m consuming enough calories in my eating window. Concerned I may have broken my metabolism. Any advice or tips?

Do u feel full when eating?
Looking at your current weight, those calories (imo) don't look like they're enough. When you're intermittent fasting there is no need to deliberately reduce your calories. There will come a point when appetite correction kicks in and you'll find yourself eating less without actually thinking about it.Monday 936

Yes I fee full when eating
If you're not eating enough to cover your base metabolism, that metabolism is going to slow right down...Looking at your current weight, those calories (imo) don't look like they're enough. Nope, you'll start burning your fat stores to cover your base metabolism needs. If you're not eating enough to cover your base metabolism, that metabolism is going to slow right down...
You saying starvation mode is a myth? (I'm a bit behind on modern research on this)Nope, you'll start burning your fat stores to cover your base metabolism needs.
Yes, flat at weigh in also will give you a red, means no progressLol, mines just flat.
Yup, lots of links on Google. I've done 48 hour fasts with no change in my energy levels. One of the biggest lies we've been fed is that breakfast is the most important meal and you need to eat in the mornings to kickstart your metabolism. You saying starvation mode is a myth?
