Its quite frustrating. Ive been eating better and doing a fair amount of cardio.

Don't get stuck on one metric of success. It's a change of lifestyle really, don't give up yet.

My advice would be use the myfitnesspal app and put in everything you ate last week followed by how much exercise you have done. By putting in any wrong info all you doing is cheating yourself so there is no reason to cheat.

That will give you a guide on if what you are doing is correct.

The problem I have faced before doing everything correct for 3 weeks losing nothing gaining nothing. Myfitnesspal telling me I should be losing 1kg per week, then 3 weeks later boom 2kg's down. The human body is weird just keep at it.

A lot of small drops, no drops and even increases this week.

Come on guys let's reset and push ahead.
It's normal. If we all started at similar times, we'd probably all hit the first plateau at similar times.

Just keep at it. This is for the long haul, not quick fixes.

I have to admit, I am enjoying the running quite a bit. At least hat is improving according to strava

TBH, I wanted to do that but I was just too lazy. Maybe Ill install the app again :$

I found that doing a lot of cardio stalled my weight loss for a while because of all the water retention. Once I stopped for a week or so (due to moving away from the nice swimming pool) I suddenly dropped about 2kgs in a few days.

I'm off sick at home today. Also haven't had the best start to the year.

I think I'll start that "walk to run" program when I'm better. The doctor who screwed my right heel back together said I'd never run the Comrades. I'd like to do it (there and back) one day. Probably the fever talking.

Lots of unsexy LISS workouts coming.

Once a week of this:
on the heavybag ;)

Week 2 weight 102kg
Total Loss 2kg

No exercise yet. I started feeling much more energetic yesterday.

I had a few speedbumps over the last week. Had a portion of birthday cake on Monday, and had some hot chips, bar one milkshake and ice cream on Friday night.

I feel my clothes, especially my shirts, are a bit loose. I have a lot more energy and don't get tired during the day.
But my weight stayed the same this last week.

Last week my 12 year old son had a sprained muscle and went to see a GP. He is overweight and the GP had a stern word with my wife about it. And the GP spoke to him about the dangers of his health if he doesn't look after himself now.

Well since last week my son has joined me on the LCHF eating plan. He's lost 2kgs in his first week. He is however a lot more active than I am as he plays soccer before school and during breaks.

Week 1 weight 67kg

My wife and daughter (8) decided to join us on our LCHF journey, although my daughter still has some cereal and 2 slices of bread per day (down from 6).

the list is getting a bit long, so PDF copy from now on. Let me know if there is anything I have missed and needs to be amended.

The red lines is getting more and more....must push a bit harder. This weekend will be my last slacking, got a lot of people coming for a birthday party, so it will be difficult to resist not joining the festivities.

Sorry to be a pain but my height is down as my highest weight ever :p

Edit: oops, think you’ve had a formatting nightmare dude, according to the list I need to put weight on to reach my goal. I wish :D
