The 2019 Weight Loss Thread

Bad weekend. For some reason, my appetite went absolutely through the roof on friday, and only seems to be normalising now.
111.3kg, but most likely water from the carbs.
However, we finalised one of the sponsorship deals for the world champs on saturday, paid the entry fee, so it's on like donkey kong and the motivation is even stronger now. There was always a bit of a sense of disbelief about the whole thing.

Just saw this thread now. I've been following a fitness regiment for going on three years now, and it has become a large part of my life. I thought it would be cool to discuss my interests with my fellow South Africans.

Up again. 101.2 :crying:

I was upset with myself for putting on nearly a kilo over the weekend. Reset my mind yesterday and had a great day resulting in that kilo disappearing again this morning.

Really, a good day or two through dogged determination and you’ll be feeling positive again.

79.8kg this week. According to my scales it is mostly muscle that I picked up and a little body fat so not entirely bad news but still a bit disconcerting to be going up.
