Bad weekend. For some reason, my appetite went absolutely through the roof on friday, and only seems to be normalising now.
111.3kg, but most likely water from the carbs.
However, we finalised one of the sponsorship deals for the world champs on saturday, paid the entry fee, so it's on like donkey kong and the motivation is even stronger now. There was always a bit of a sense of disbelief about the whole thing.

Just saw this thread now. I've been following a fitness regiment for going on three years now, and it has become a large part of my life. I thought it would be cool to discuss my interests with my fellow South Africans.

Been a great week exercise wise.

Monday - arms/chest + 10 min abs
Tuesday - 1000 calorie cycle + 10 min abs
Wednesday - back/shoulders + 10 min abs
Thursday - 30min road run followed by a 30 min cycle + 10 min abs
Friday - Legs + 30 min road run + 10 min abs
Saturday - Park run
Sunday - chilled 30 min cycle + 10 min abs

Only down 100grams 79.8kg's but last weeks results were wacky.

Here is a quick sheet setup:

The BMI & MASS Ideal is a estimate calculation and should not be taken as sound medical advice.
The estimates are calculated based on height.
Ideal weight is the estimated healthy mass of a person with that height.
Adjusted weight, is the current weight taken in consideration and a estimation of what the target weight can be taken to.
BMI is as above

79.8kg this week. According to my scales it is mostly muscle that I picked up and a little body fat so not entirely bad news but still a bit disconcerting to be going up.
