Need to go check weight after my little holiday. Don't expect much but I'm feeling better than I have in a long time, apart from a cold. Was walking 20kms a day on average during the trip.

@Sugarman - check in, 106.8kg (up 0.3kg since last week!!! :( )

A lot bummed, first weight gain since 27 August 2018 when I started going healthy. It was a terrible week though, out of country business trip and had little or no choice in food options in a country where starches are staple.
Back home now, back on track!
Ef it! Have no idea what is going on. 107.7kg. Getting really demoralised here.

For those of you doing IF. I am considering 16/8. Well, by considering I mean I haven't eaten since 8pm last night and don't intend to until 12'ish or so today.

Is the idea to eat your usual daily calorie intake in the 8 hours, or are you reducing your calorie intake even further (assuming you're using a calorie deficit to try lose weight in the first place)?

Getting back home from Port Edward today.
Need to place my weight also, lost quite a bit of weight.
