The Anni Dewani Murder Case

You have to be kidding.....
Clearly you dont understand sarcasm.
My god I just give up with some people here.

No, i don't understand the language you speak......"Both how is that for answer so a ridiculous question" . Sounds like something from the manual for that charger i bought at the China mall

Oh sorry it was your friend Imran, but you agreed.
Thats fine, nobody forced you to engage with me on this topic.
But your comment is even more ridiculous so by inference that means I said I have proof?
And I should be surprised you lot think he is innocent?

There is a world of difference in some of us thinking that he both innocent in the eyes of the law and in the eyes of his God. Integrity in the process is important, more important than the actual guilt in an individual case. It ought not to be so but be thankful that the case was dismissed due to poor evidence rather than railroaded in spite of poor evidence.

Did I ever say anything different? The case fell apart but that doesnt mean he is innocent.
Believe it or not, innocent people have gone to jail and guilty people have been let free.
Do I believe he was involved yes I do.
Just because he got off doesnt mean he is innocent and just because some people here are gullible doesnt mean it either

I haven't been following this thread or the actual case really but I have questions - who wants to answer them :D

...in the meantime I'll trawl the interwebs for a little perspective on what happened.

That happens all the time. But just because some criminals implicate you in a crime does not make you guilty.
There was not enough evidence to prosecute, but the idiots spend so much money on the extradition process and private jets and the like to get this guy here, that money could have been used elsewhere....that is what the real tragedy is here, not that he got off scott free for a crime he may or may have not done

Well said Albereth

Actually you do (say things that are different). I'm sure you want justice and that but it really comes across as wanting revenge. And they're not the same thing.

I am not arguing with anything you have said. I do however have the opinion he is guilty.
I also wonder if the experts here who believe he is innocent have ever been cross examined before in court by a top advocate? I asked it numerous times and the usual suspects ignored it.
As seen with BR in the OP trial, they can get you to even doubt your name.

They should never have let him leave in the first place but it happened.
What were they to do ? Ignore the state witnesses and let him go?
