Sorry guys it's not looking good. Wild shots way of target and the only goal scored by Nigeria.

Why don't SA have any decent strikers?

Um we have by far the best goal difference in the group and just need 1 win to qualify. Its pretty ok hey

I saw the table. Nice. But that Nigeria game. Are they scared of Nigeria or what?

That game did not look good, maybe the other games were better I don't know.

Just thought I would check in because I heard they are doing great and then it was disappointing.
 
Only have ourselves to blame. Complete incompetence playing an ineligible player.

Now we need to do it the hard way. 2 home games vs Zim and Rwanda. Benin plays Nigeria away in the last game so our two mayor rivals will take points from each other.

If we win both games we should get through.

I hope they've fired the people responsible. But knowing SAFA, the useless ones have probably gotten bonuses and received a Merc each.

And the worst part is they just fob it off like it's nothing. "water under the bridge" they reckon. Got get red hot with anger when I heard that from SAFA.

This is factually incorrect.

If Benin wins their 2 remaining matches and we win our 2 remaining matches and benin has a better goal difference we are out of automatic qualification and have to hope we get into the playoff

Safa fkd us.

There were several points of failure

These parties should have known about the eligibility issue

1. First and foremost the player. Spit
2. Coaching team
3. Match officials
4. Anyone with a brain

You want to cheat/exploit, well these are the consequences. People's careers are affected by sht like this. It's not a game

The Lesotho Football Association (LeFA) says it feels vindicated after Fifa sanctioned Bafana Bafana with a three-point deduction over the Teboho Mokoena saga, blowing wide open the qualifying group for next year’s World Cup.

The South African Football Association (Safa) has vowed to file an appeal.

LeFA secretary Mokhosi Mohapi said on Monday it welcomes the ruling, which means Bafana drop to second place in Group C behind Benin on goal difference, paying a heavy price for fielding Mokoena when he was suspended in SA’s 2-0 win against Likuena in Polokwane in March.

Safa had hoped that because Lesotho missed the prescribed 48 hours to protest an ineligible player, it might escape without sanction — but there is much precedent for Fifa stepping in when evidence of a transgression is clear.

“We are deeply disappointed with the unprecedented outcome, noting it was delivered by a single-member panel without reasons. We have requested written reasons and intend to lodge a formal appeal within the prescribed 10-day period,” Safa said.

If we win both games I am confident we will overtake Benin's goal difference. The difference is 1 goal currently.
So no its not factually incorrect.
Win both games well and lets see what happens.

Being confident or saying we should do it is being emotional and non factional

If we win both and benin win both with a better goal difference we are out. Or at best perhaps a playoff hope

So the guy had a 2 match ban and they played him anyway and now they want to appeal it? Was he banned for 2 matches or not and did he sit out those 2 game. This is really not rocket science. Surely bafana management can count to two.
