Did you add 5kgs each workout?You'll need your own 1.25kg plates if you want to follow SL5x5 properly. I didn't get, but if you're so inclined, then go for it
On another note, I have had a couple of bouts of vertigo occurring about a year ago, it went away before I could see the ENT specialist. Feel something coming on again now... it has made me nervous about pushing too hard in case I spaz out and hurt myself![]()
