the battery (R400) is reuasble. I got the disposable cart for R600 on sale. The other carts are refillable and you can buy refill syringes. cost Me R1100 incl delivery to get started.

You keep the pen but the back part with the oil in screws off and you just replace that part.

Indeed, some are refillable though and can be cleaned if they aren't too bunged up.
