So is there no good in exercising to help the stuff get out of the system quicker?
Should exercise rather be stopped a few days before the day of the test?

What gives a bit of optimism is that in week 3, when the test result was higher than the week before, exercise was constant right up until the night before the test, the test is done first thing in the morning.

Then with today's test (exercise was stopped on Tuesday) - He said that for the first time, he could see a very feint line starting to form (Presence of a complete visible line indicates absence of THC).

Another method to prepare your body for a drug test is activated charcoal. This substance is used medically to manage overdoses because it binds to various substances and helps the body eliminate them. Charcoal is derived mainly from wood and coal, and is activated using high temperatures and substances that expand its surface area. This porous substance has a negative electrical charge that forces positively charged molecules to bind to it, trapping chemicals throughout its large surface area.

As mentioned above, THC and its metabolites have quite a long half-life, meaning drug tests can render positive results even if you smoked or ate edibles a while ago. This is partly due to a mechanism known as enterohepatic recirculation. After consuming an edible, THC is broken down into the metabolite 11-OH-THC, and then into THC-COOH. This molecule is then broken down further into THC-COOH-glucuronide and eliminated from the body via the urine and stool.

However, the reason these metabolites can linger in the body for so long is because of specific bacterial enzymes in the gut that convert THC-COOH-glucuronide back into THC-COOH, which is then reabsorbed back into the bloodstream. This is known as enterohepatic recirculation.

Activated charcoal works to prevent this from happening by binding to THC metabolites including THC-COOH and THC-COOH-glucuronide. This prevents these metabolites from being reabsorbed, and they are eventually excreted.

Activated charcoal is certainly a method worth using, especially considering some of the scientific evidence that backs it up. In vitro research shows that 5mg of activated charcoal can bind to 1mg of THC-COOH or THC-COOH-glucuronide.

Anyone know whether the 420M vape cartridges are compatible with the device that Honeyvape sells? From the images the size seems quite different.

Yes, I know 420M's cartridges aren't as good as Honeyvape's. Just doing some mental window-shopping here :).

I have both devices (redeye stick from 420) I'll have a look and see if I can find the 420m one but I don't think HV will fit. As for quality the 420 one isn't bad at all, especially for the price.

Edit, check and you can't swap the red eye carts out. Maybe you can on the other 420m sticks

Yeah looks like the Red-Eye is called a "Dab smoking pen" while they've also got something else they just call a "THC smoking pen". I'm hoping the "THC smoking pen" is a match, but the cartridge looks shorter/fatter than the HV ones.

Then they've got a "Dab Stick Refill Distillate 1ml" for R500 and a "Distillate Syringe (Dab & Cartridges 1ml)" for R900, but R900 is also how much they charge for the filled 1ml THC cartridge so that's a bit odd unless the refill is of something that's better quality.

It has been over a year of planning and negotiation, which resulted in BGF products getting EU certification, setting up shop in Lisbon and all the red tape that goes with corporate investment in a foreign country.
The ironic thing about this, is that the European markets are supplied by the Canadians mostly, remember them? They were the ones that thought they gonna exploit SA cannabis industry, so NOW, I am gonna take the market away from them on the European continent....payback is a bitch!
