Italy FTW. The Dutch may rest a bunch of players or do you think they'll go for continuity and risk injury or even fatigue if things go off track later in the tournament. If they do rest players Romania definitely have a decent chance

Even if they rest some players I think they will easily get a draw against Romania. If Italy and France draw as well then Romania still go through
