The fine wine thread

Never heard of them.

How does it compare to the Anandale, Raats, and the old Neethlingshof?
You should give them a try, it is from Ormonde in Darling.

I would rate it better than Neethlingshof, haven't had Anandale or Raats

Hi Guys. So quick quizz. I am looking to fill a cellar with some winner R75 and under Red's that pop. Budget winners that punch beyod their weight. Left of centres. So don't Tall Horse me... For everyday drinking and filling in the gaps so as not to dive into my better special occasion bottles. Have been working my way through some of my older cases at this price point Blue Owl, Music, Bruce Jack, Villiera, Balance, River Garden, Marras etc. But stock looking low and now need to replenish. Would really apprecaite any tips or ideas for reds at the price point that rock the socks. Thanks A Mill

Decanted this about an hour ago.
Very pleasant indeed

Had a beautifully smooth 1961 Port the other day. Was opened by mistake by my brother whilst a little high. Wanted to ban him from my bar.

Excuse the shitty photo.

I cannot describe how amazing this was.

I also enjoy a good bargain, and I discovered this fantastic quaffer last week : Tangled Tree Chocolate Cabernet Savignon. You can get it from most grocery stores, or from Tangled Tree direct. Definitely worth it, will be ordering a few cases for everyday enjoyment.

Also excellent: Odd Bins #958 (2018) and #978 .
