Hey guys

Been a long time since i've been on this forum :)
I'm still on 4.2.1 jailbreak that i did using Greenp0is0n, but is there a jailbreak for 4.3.3 using Greenp0is0n as this was the easiest method for me

Is it also worthwhile upgrading to the latest iOS?

Your comments are much appreciated ;)

welcome back :)

I think the upgrade to iOS4.3 from iOS 4.2 is justified! Feature additions such as personal hotspot, improvements such as battery life, and browsing speed, and security/privacy fixes such as the whole location tracking database file.

No greenposion jailbreak for this firmware, but RedSn0w is really easy as well! You just need your firmware file handy.

A member over at our forums made a nice tutorial from the available guides on the net. Check it out and let us know if you need any assistance. - http://iphoneza.co.za/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=310

Don't forget home sharing!!!! For me easily the best feature associated with 4.3+...

I was also waiting for the Greenpoison exploit but it's taking too long so went Redsn0w. Pretty much the same thing barring a few extra procedures!! Don't fear it....

Something that I've been wondering about - when you install an app it takes a minute or two to install (install0us) but when you delete an app you just push the little cross and it is gone instantly.

Is that a proper uninstall and no leftovers remain on your phone? I'm basicly comparing it to uninstalling vs deleting a program in windows where registry settings and things would be left over.

Yeah I would imagine so :) installing time is probably down to setting permissions etc etc. Whereas deleting there is less stuff to do just sudo rm :D

It deletes it just like it would delete an App store app though.

Nothing to worry about!! The principles are the same, only the application is slightly different. It's actually pretty difficult to brick an iPhone!!!

Has anyone managed to get the iphone running with bb 3.10.01?
I've read about this Gevey sim jobbies, anyone had any luck with them? I've read about people using them having problems with activating facetime.
