Another silly question, when I open my my iPhone in windows to browse my pics it says Internal Storage 28 GB free of 57 GB :wtf:

I got the 32Gb model.

Its the same on my PC

go to settings, general, about and see what it says under "Capacity"..

If it is a 64GB then you could be onto something here... !!!

Your call. But for the sake of pushing one button on your PC it seems quite odd. But each to their own As long as you are enjoying the phone.

Battery drainage is really starting to piss me off with this phone!

EDIT: Actually I lie, its way better. I am sitting on 65% from my full charge last night. Seems better than 4.3.1

There were battery life fixes from 4.3.1 so that could explain it

Definitely an improvement. Sitting at 32% and I have used the phone quite a lot today. Not bad.
