Yeah its just a matter of when now!!! Who know, maybe they could pull a rabbit outta the hat and announce it with the 2.0 update in June!? Or maybe thats my wishful thinking

for some reason i always get "call failed" almost every time i try to phone someone. i then have to cancel the call and retry and then it works. is it only me who has this problem or is there a way to fix it?

no i have the exact same problem...

almost always i have to press the call back button at least once....

are you on vodacom? i suspected its a voda problem

ya, on vodacome. it happens with both my phones. i thought it might've been something that happened after they got jailbroken for my stealth sim back in the day (both 1.1.2 OTB) but even the 1.1.3 update didnt fix it =(
do you have 1.1.4 installed? i read that its only bug fixes...

Hi there...So i take it youve downloaded SwirlyMMS already..

What are your current settings in SwirlyMMS?

Try putting the following settings in:

MMSC: mms.mtn.co.za/mms/wapenc
Proxy: 196.11.240.241:9201 (apparently port 8080 is confirmed working)
APN: myMTN

Lemme know how it goes..

btw: It is now possible to receive (and send) MMS's using the iPhone!!

If you receive an MMS, you will need to download "Mobile Finder" and "Mobile Preview" from installer, and press the "~" button in Finder, go to MMSFiles and then view the picture you received as this is where SwirlyMMS stores them

Yip, I downloaded SwirlyMMS (have another question on that), had all the settings as you gave them except for the port no : 9201. Just tried it, still doesn't work. MTN gave me a username and password (same word - think it was mms), should I leave that out.

Re Swirly, how do I get the latest version? I downloaded it yesterday, and I got the old version.
