Just going to leave this here. Epic Store still needs development work, but they have cloud saving now which is slow progress, but this post is in regard to Origin. I purchased Star Wars, it links to Origin, but the Origins installer is misbehaving and in order to bypass this you need to disable these two services within Windows:

1. Origin Client Service
2. Origin Web Helper Service

This is until EA gets around to updating their Origin client.
 
I am hoping to see Epic drop Rainbow Six: Siege. Any version will do. It is a game I want, but don't want to buy since I'm unsure about their local PC server development. Xbox and PS4 servers launched locally, but they are holding back on PC as I have expected and I believe it has to do with low player numbers to be sustainable. Crossplay is coming later though which may be Ubi's solution.

PC servers have been live since Wednesday and you can buy a key on Green Man Gaming for ~$7.

That is good to know, last I heard they weren't happy with their analytics (how they call it), but it was a week back. These Epic drops are making me hesitant to buy games at the moment. Their store inventory isn't exactly big, and they have already given many titles away. 12 drops... Best to claim until it is over and see what I still want.

People should remember that these holiday drops are only valid for the day it drops.
