Bepanthen is the standard go-to for after care, and I've got a friend who then uses the Bee Natural stuff (forget the exact one) with very good results

You mixing me up with Mila????

Bepanthen definitely isn't the go-to anymore, there are far better and more modern ways to heal. Bepanthen has been known to let lines blow out during healing.
Using a post-surgery/wound dressing for the initial healing is becoming very popular, well-know artists and shops locally and abroad are pushing the method.
