Quick Thai style curry:

Put a little oil in bottom of pot.
Add 2 -3 Tablespoons curry paste (Green, Red or Yellow), and 2 Chillies finely chopped, fry lightly in oil until paste releases aroma.
Add 1- 1,5 cups coconut milk or Bulgarian low fat yoghurt, bring to boil.
Add deboned Chicken, or firm white fish, let simmer.

Jamey decided she wanted muffins last night, so mommy dug out the recipe and told her just to half the ingredients and this is the result, perfect perfect muffins.

mommy told her to make more for our shop and she will sell it for her and she can get the proceeds thereof.

Try this for a quick microwave snack

Slice onions lengthways in 8ths and seperate the layers (so you'll have a whole lot of what looks like flat onion chips)

Drizzle (or slather according to taste) with olive oil and tabasco (original, green or habanero)
bang in some aromat
Nuke in mirowave for about 5 minutes stirring occassionally and adding additional tabasco or aromat as necessary
chow down with crusty ciabatta and plenty real butter

Tomato and bacon pasta

All joy tomato sauce in Basil and garilc Plus two packets of tomato paste
Heat it up and add some extra salt black peper and fresh basil and garlic.

Fry bacon until nice and crispy drain fat.

Mix into tomato sauce and let it talk to each other for a while, depending on how saucy you like it. I reduce it a bit.

Serve over penne pasta with a fresh salad....

Yumm.... i'm hungry..........

Well, I suppose if you "cook" in a micorowave, you need a lot of condiments to make the dish taste like something! :D

Yes.
I also cook from the oven.
I like using Royco packet sauces with dishes as well, those stuff are a real timesaver.

Oh it just gets worse. Those packet sauces taste like barely artificially flavoured mud water. Sauces are quick and easy most of the time. We need to get you working on the basics of cooking though before moving on to sauces - like cooking a hard-boiled egg...
