Tips to Boost your eBucks

Anybody that is struggling PM me - I have contact details for a lady at FNB who has assisted for the last 3 months in ensuring eBucks allocations were rectified quickly and efficiently. I don't want to publish her details as a free for all. I can tell you she acts quickly and keeps you in the loop every step of the way and is quick to point out where I was wrong and where I was right. Everything due to me has been back paid. This way you can bypass the ridiculous generic email address which results in more pain and back and forth comms as the person/s manning the mail accounts seems like a moron.
 
I have placed a few TakeAlot orders this past two weeks and entered my ID to claim however I have not yet received any of the eBucks.
 
Used my eBucks for the first time (was waiting for RL 5) ...

Bought a PS4 game from Kalahari and used a coupon as well:

R799
- R100 coupon (BOS100)
- R700 vouchers less 40% = R420

So a R799 purchase cost me R420 in eBucks.

:D
 
Anyone know if you can use checkers gift cards to pay accounts with?

I normally pay my Telkom and municipal accounts at checkers and pay with my credit card. It should technically be possible to pay these accounts with a gift card. Potentially getting 40% off the bill as the gift card is purchased using eBucks on reward level 5.

Indeed it won't.

I also noticed when I do go shopping with a makro voucher ,the do give you the rest of the money back in cash from what is left on the voucher.

I wonder if I would go buy a R5 chocolate with a R1000 voucher if they would give be R995 back in cash:P

What I was under the impression that the remainder of the voucher remains on the voucher.

I got change from a Makro voucher. Granted was only R6...
 
Whenever I've used ebucks vouchers at Makro and had change from the voucher, they've loaded it onto a gift card for me. Don't really have a problem with it.

SMS vouchers or physical gift cards?

This would be one way to avoid cash at till or ATMs :p
 
Hi guys, Is it not possible to buy a Checkers voucher in store with eBucks and qualify for the rewards level discount there? Do you have to buy from the online shop and pay for delivery fees of the physical voucher? Is there no way to recharge a voucher (with the discount level?)

I don't think you can purchase the vouchers in store and still get the discount.

What eBucks should do is to also stock the virtual vouchers as they do with Makro. This would allow for instant issuing of vouchers instead of having to wait for the courier to deliver. I know that Checkers do have virtual vouchers.
