Did it for me after a day. Everybody else was like 2 weeks (they do 1 a day). One even said i must pay.

Almost 6 weeks now, TopTV not been activated. They seems more incompetent with every person we seem to speak to.
In this time its worked for about 1 or 2 days intermittently.
