I have recently purchased the Titan 2mb Uncapped account from openweb.
I do understand that they shape during business hours but on weekends I should be getting atleast 150 KB/s?
And its after hours now and I can only reach a maximum of 60 KB/s and has been like this throughout the day

EDIT: I have emailed them twice already and no reply at all.

This is getting real pathetic.
