Upcoming Games

.... are there too many games? Feels like something comes out every 10 seconds.

Yeah but most of it is underwhelming or still 1-2 years away.

Only great ones left for the year are Diablo 4, FF XVI and Spider Man 2. Others that could be good include Starfield, Assassins Creed Mirage, Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, COD MW3 and Baldurs Gate 3.

Alan Wake 2 looks decent as well

The only thing/date on my radar right now is 2 June, and I already have Battle Pass so I am kinda booked.

Probably also try Zelda ToTK once the Mrs is done with it.

Forgot about that one. They're shifting to survival horror and adding in another playable character. A big change from their previous titles and it's a bit cheaper than most new releases ($60 for consoles, $50 for PC).

To be honest I would've preferred a sequel for Quantum Break or Control, Alan Wake didn't capture my attention 13 years ago and neither did the remaster.

PS Showcase - I like what I saw "Phantom Blade". That's the only game that caught my attention. I mean Spidey 2 is a must play for me but I'm not hyped about that because I knew it was coming a long time ago. Alan Wake looks cool too but I never played the previous game, how good is it? I'll definitely play AC Mirage and maybe Dragons' Dogma 2- how is the first Dragon's dogma game? is it worth it?

I must say I expected a lot from the showcase but was left disappointed, where is Wolverine, Stellar Blade release date, more of Project M trailer maybe, black myth wukong release date or something, where is the rumored game from Bend studios, Santa Monica etc. I'm a fan of FromSoft but I won't call myself a die hard or anything but I don't know what to expect from Armored Core since its new to me

Alan wake was quite good then. Prob be a dated experience now though. Unsure how effective boosted experience on the new consoles are,

+1 for Quantum Break sequel. Control 2 has been announced already though, hasn’t it?

I liked the Stephen King vibe that Alan Wake had. The sequel looks like it has a similar style, but supposedly more survival horror.
