I got one last week Tuesday ... or the week before. I cannot remember.

Mine went in for repairs and I got a brand new one. So they might be out of stock again now.

Does anyone know how the Zyxel VMG1312-B10A is ?

I have one Paid R900 bucks from matrix warehouse, it is awesome. Telkom tried to sell me the pace but told them to jump.
The zyxel is great been running now for 3 months no issues on 20mb VDSL

I have it bought it for 500 buks from suppliers

So.far its amazing.

But do you have the following issue:

My browser will sometimes say DNS error and then I have to restart the router

Ok I feel like I have been cheated!!!!

Nope runs solid. Did have an issue last week that my internet went dead and had to do a reboot, but that was due to my wifi extender locking up on me only found out after 2 reboots and was not the zyxel problem . that what you get for buying a cheap wifi extender.

Mines too!
It does not give some devices an IP and those that do have then seem to lose connection with wifi after a while.

Trying to resolve this with Nology.

Which firmware did u install?

When I go to the zyxel download page and search for my model (VMG8924-B10A) it comes up with another models firmware.

Also have this issue every now and again. It seems to be at random and I can't quite place what causes it. Please post the firmware link if you find it, don't want to brick the router :/

Thats awesome, I am glad ZyXel is making new firmware for you guys!

The hardware they are running seems pretty decent, just their firmware could do with a bit of improvement it would seem
