Vodacom Contract Migration

Hey guys,

I'm a long-time lurker on these forums, so lots of time spent reading, but my first post.

I couldn't find a post which definitively deal with this question, so my apologies if I missed it.

I currently have a voice contract with Vodacom (Talk 200) which was basically just a second phone. I don't actually use it as a voice phone these days though, so I've been wondering whether I can migrate to a data-only contract?

Is that possible? And would there be a migration fee for that?

I wasn't aware that I could? As far as I know, airtime conversion only applies to Pre-Paid packages.

I definitely haven't seen such an option on the Vodacom website.

no you can`t convert the your minutes to data. you can migrate your package to a data package. it will depends on data package you moving to, will determine if there is a pay in.
