Vodacom disappearing airtime and data problem

Since Sunday Vodacom is sending me sms's through out the day saying my data is depleting. This morning it's about finished.
And take note: I've been on Wi fi most of the time.
 
They were quick on this one. Suppose... Well done is in order.
 
It happened last month to my mom where I put airtime on her tablet. She converted some to data. The data went up very fast and when she wanted to convert the rest of the money to data, it was gone.

This month again her data went up faster than normal.

Tablet has data usage log, compare it to what was supposedly used.
 
If you agreeing with this story, then it's only been a issue for like less than 2 days maybe.

Your bias is something else.
This isn't something new wonder why it's so hard for you to accept?
Facebook is full of people complaining not just about this incident but many but hey keep on believing whatever makes you feel better
 
How come when companies steal, it's called a Billing Error and nothing happens to them.

If I accidentally walk out of VodaShop with a new phone (not intentionally) it's shop lifting theft and I got to jail.

Does not seem like fair treatment.
 
Will they be refunding clients pro-actively or only if the client calls in?
 
I have lost over 2 gig of data, and the agent I spoke to about it simply told me it is "impossible" and that on her screen it was indicated that I have used the modem the entire day... that while I was at work all day, with only my dog having been home. Is it possible that a DOG could have used all my data? LOL! How do I go about getting this rectified? This happened about a month ago, and she did not give me a reference no for the call. And she was totally arrogant on top of it all, negating all that I have tried to tell her!
 
And currently. after having over 1 gig left on Sunday night, I now all of a sudden have less than half a gig! Within a week I dropped from almost 2 gig to slightly more than 400 meg! It seems Vodacom owes me about 4 gig already! If they're NOT going to refund it all, I'm moving to another service provider!
 
my data was taken awhile back and after calling Vodacom as soon as it happened the gave me a reference number and I'm still waiting for my data its about 6 weeks now
