MX records aren’t working PABX isn’t working
Can’t contact the Vox help desk or any of the helpline numbers it’s been like this all day can anyone give me some news?

I tried to call them to make a query and couldn't get through. I couldn't even submit a query on the website.

Great news, I feel bad for those techies that will be working 24/7

I called my account manager. Got the same story their SAN failed and their redundant SAN.

May your thoughts be with those poor buggers.
