It seems most of these problems are for you folks in the Western/Easterna Cape.
I have not had any issues that is that severe here in snor city.
Since i joined we only had a few (scheduled) downtimes that lasted an hour at most. My only problem now is trying to use up al the bandwidth, which i cant seem to do anymore since they bumped it up again.
