Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Ok, change to VOX again.. time-out. soooo.. decided to try something. Changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 (google) and what you know a bit better now.

* Edit.. back to timing out, so that didn't work :whistle:

Currently using Telkom Internet because Vox keeps timing out.

Same here - Packet loss to Hetzner where MyBB is hosted. The same issue we had last year going on for about a week now.
 
And Apple app update downloads via iTunes are DIABOLICALLY slow now.

Capped account.
 
I don't even want to DM my details else I'll be busy with trace-routes again the whole day for which I don't have time.

My connection is sucking today. Less than 100KB/s on 3 different usenet providers on 3 different ports. This on a 20meg vdsl connection. HTTP downloads and speedtests are full speed.
But getting less than 10% throughput is frustrating on a premium product.

Why are we being routed through Cape Town to reach Hetzner's servers in JHB from Pretoria?

Now I don't feel so bad cancelling my 50GB fat-pipe + bolt-on (I was one of the early adopters lucky enough to get that combo), seeing the mybb timeouts have returned, I'm sure it's just a matter of time before someone says they're capped before they should be problem aswell.
 
I'm also going to cancel my 500GB fatpipe - I have many things hosted on Hetzner and can't deal with this type of packet loss during business hours.

Got the same issue. Any hetzner service is terrible.
 
So there is definitely an issue again on my side, I am being shaped on my unshaped 50GB, and it takes forever to load MyBroadband, yet other sites work perfectly fine?
 
Vox account just stopped authenticating. Their phones are unavailable and the website is down. WTF
