Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I will stick with the Telkom account for now, at least its reliable.
In the past few months I have spent more time on my backup Telkom account than my Primary VOX account.
I am getting very close to canceling VOX.
 
Anyone else notice an increase in latency?
On a speedtest, my ping has now jumped from 21/22 ms to 39/40 ms. So in essence, double.

I usually notice increased ping in the mornings, from maybe 5am - 10am or so. Has been happening for the past month or two though.
 
I've noticed some increased latency in the evenings and the speeds, while not crawling, have been reduced. Getting 2/3 of a 20mbps line speed.
 
Mine died at 6:14 and came back at 8:33. Nothing wrong with the line, it is with Axxess and it checks out fine.
 
I have been on a Fatpipe 100GB cap (month-to-month) for about a year now, but over the holiday, I needed more data, so upgraded to 200GB. Now I want to go back to 100GB, but I don't see any capped upgrade or downgrade options on the portal, only uncapped options.

Anyone else experience this?

Are you allowed to change your monthly cap from one month to the next?

Chatting to them now, and they are doing my downgrade. They said they'd do it yesterday, but nothing happened. And they aren't aware of any issues on the portal.

2 x 100GB is cheaper than 1 x 200GB anyway. Just cancel this one and order another one.
 
I just opened a vox account and chose the 100 gb package. A few minutes later I receive a sms stating that I’ve used almost all of my cap. Now my account status is “suspended”.

Wtf?

This is a 4mbps line and I’ve only done a speedtest, nothing else..

edit: They eventually sorted me out no problem
