Okay, here's a quick guide on how to setup perfect automation...

Nice.

A tip if you want to make the playback more reliable, use the keyboard only and not the mouse when recording the macro, that way it's screen resolution and window size independent.

So use windows key+R to bring up the "run" dialog box
run chrome
then TAB to the url bar
type in IP address
TAB to next section
press enter
TAB, enter info,

etc, etc

Some keyboard shortcuts that can help reliability (window size, resolution etc) and get to the modem page which is quite static are:
Windows key+R to open run window
Type Chrome in the open box
Chrome will launch
Windows key+up arrow to ensure window is maximised
Type in router ip in address bar

From here you should be able to use your mouse because of the static router page

Another tip is to use ctrl+A in the ISP username and then type the alternate username and same goes for the password fields as with this way you ensuring you are replacing all text in the box

100% agreed!!

I have a 3 monitor setup at home with the centre monitor pretty much dedicated to my web browser. That and my incredibly poor form when it comes to keyboard shortcuts means using the mouse is the most efficient way for me to enter my ISP settings. It does leave me susceptible to error if anything on my centre screen setup should change. I'm using speed dial in chrome, so there too if I move a thumbnail I'm screwed.

How's my process. Fully automated obviously...

Done the switch off / on thing with CS. No joy.
CS also logged into my account and got the same result.
Sucks
We'll, let's see if it can be fixed tomorrow.
I'm not without internet at the moment, as I still have some gigs with an under performing ISP. :)
So looking to move to a new one, that's why I wanted to take VOX for a test drive this weekend.

OK, if you need support, this is not the ISP to go for!!!
5 Calls with 5 different explanations / answers, no resolve.
Last one before I gave up was its a general problem.
So gig4Gig with bolt on uncapped has a problem for many users?
So I check my account / statement. I owe R50.
So I pay R50, now I owe R100?
Still without ANY internet on VOX account.
My uncapped is CAPPED??????

That's a big stuff up. Initial fee is R50 and thereafter R59 per month. Persevere, it will be well worth it.

Yeah. Tbh I'm not blown away by their support either. Don't I find their website particularly intuitive either. The product is solid though so hopefully once you up and running you won't have any need for support

guys i just bought 200GB and called their customer service but seems like they couldnt answer what i asked. My service is as follows:

Data allocations for period: 1/Jun/2015 - 30/Jun/2015
Capped Contract Data: ADSL-FP-200GB Available 60001.00 MB

Data usage as at Mon Jun 22 13:54
Service Status Active Data Allocated 60.00 GB
Data Used 0.00 GB Data Available 60.00 GB
Data Used 0.00 MB used with an allocated cap of 60001.00 MB

I know because its 22nd today, thats why it shows 60GB is available. But say if I use past the allocated 60GB before end of June, I shouldn't run into any issues right? Can you get charged out of bundle rates for capped package? I know data rolls over but for how many months is it valid for?

Thanks

I would imagine the account would be capped once you out of data. IE it will simply stop working. You shouldn't be able to over shoot your cap by more than a few 100mb's which would be deducted from next months allocation, yes.

You can set your out of bundle to 0 gigs to avoid being charged extra. (Usually set to 0 as default on a new account)
Data rollover is valid for the lifetime that you have the product afaik.

okay cool, but if i go over the 60GB allocated for june, does it count as out of bundle? or will it be deducted off the remaining 140GB

Not sure if I understand, because next month you will have 200GB and not 140GB.
If your out of bundle cap is set to 0GB, then Im sure you will be capped pretty close to the 0MB left mark and it will probably come out of your next bundle or be written off on their side.
I havent been capped or exceeded my cap so cant give an accurate answer.

I'm pretty sure the fatpipe accounts don't allow the user to exceed the cap. Maybe voxy can clarify?

You have a roll over amount.
I went over my 150Gb usage by 30Gb yesterday.
It shut off my service at 30Gb rollover.
No oob rates apply here.

I don't know when they charge oob rates but I have never seen it.
