Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Sorry for the cross post, but these are literally two threads about the same thing (maybe even have the threads combined?)

Have had the worst weekend ever Internet wise, erratic where everything used to be perfect

Cannot get sites to load, timeouts etc.

Here is the tracert, does this look like a Vox issue?

The last time this happened, I didn't get any joy from "support" for more than a week so this time I'm leaving it to you cvanwie.

Cant access any hetzner hosted sites. mybroadband wont even load.

I just applied for a 150gig fat pipe account and got requested for RICA? take note this is ADSL bandwidth, is this normal?

When did we have to start RICA'ing with ADSL? this is a 1st for me..... annoying as hell though

When you RICA, what are you referring to?
Having to provide proof of ID/Address/Ownership of ADSL line (Telkom account required if you want to move your line to another ISP)???

If this above is what you are referring to, then, YES.... You are required by law (FICA... not RICA) to provide these, especially when being "financed".

It's quite the norm ;)

Think I had about three days to get my new account RICAed with Connections, or else it would be locked down.
