Nope, In PTA also.

Currently getting 6Kb/s on NZB and 290 ping to EUW LoL servers.

Streaming and browsing also suffering on 8mb capped Fatpipe account.
 
I think it is slightly better after some customers left, but my smokeping graphs still show latency in the evenings, with monday and sunday evenings being the worst into 200ms, and tuesday to thursday is around 40ms instead of 10ms.

I have to admit things have improved here in CT for me to. I got a very friendly call from vox and decided to stop my cancellation ( which I did in my frustrated mood ). After reading the forums for a week it doesn't look any better at the other isp's accept the guys that is with cw.

Decided to stick with them a bit longer and really like my 50 gb + fat pipe :)

I was with CW and would not return.
My experience was terrible.
 
Just had a conference call with their product managers. Apparently they are aware and the "worst is behind them", so things are improving.

On another note, their FTTH has a completely different network stream so congestion shouldn't be an issue.

I'll try tonight and see how my ping is.
 
WOW!! Thanks for the update jack, i saw your info with FTTH launching in your area, very impressive i must say :). Also you are awesome :D.

Electric, trust me. CW when you were with them is not the same CW that exists now. At all.

Try them out, if you don't like them I'll eat my words and my sig.

I usually call 087 805 0530.
I called them 3 days ago after 5pm and they answered in about 30 seconds and they resolved my issue.
Alternatively PM Voxy. When I did that previously I got a call back from the call centre (But this isnt the fastest way)

Things were said from both sides.
My account was terminated for speaking out on the forum.
 
Hmmm, I have just logged an issue with VOX owing to the fact that Netflix is not available at night. I use DNS4Me (which is the same as Unotelly).... and you can't even open the Netflix website on any device. However, change ISP and it works perfectly......... Then during the day, Netflix magically starts to work again (when I am at the office)... so not exactly helpful :P ............ Another interesting point to note is that this thread on mybroadband.co.za is also not available when using VOX. Change ISP and amazingly (again ;) ) you can view this thread....... FATPIPE is great when it works, but blocking websites because you stream your TV is not the way forward and if they don't resolve this for me within a week, then I will be handing in my cancellation. Which would be sad as they used to be brilliant... :P

On the Samsung fatpipe promotion and I do notice the streaming issues after 6pm. They did sort of clear up after 9 and YouTube streaming was normal. Can't way I've had problems with websites being blocked.
 
I also have the Samsung Fatpipe promotion. Couldn't access mybroadband.co.za at all last night (via WiFi, which meant I had to go sit at my PC to switch ISP's), while everything else works.
